Triggers

Exploring Triggers in the UNIRA DeFi Protocol

In the UNIRA DeFi protocol, triggers are pivotal events that initiate specific actions, shaping the ecosystem's dynamics. Let's delve into the various triggers that play a crucial role within the UNIRA framework:

  1. Temporary Tranche Trigger: This trigger event occurs when the value of $UNIRA tokens collected in the Temporary Tranche reaches the predefined threshold of $5000. Activated by any $UNIRA holder, this trigger initiates the distribution of tokens stored in the Temporary Tranche, allocating them among different purposes.

  2. Lap Event Trigger: At the conclusion of each Lap—spanning 14 days—a Lap Event Trigger becomes accessible to $UNIRA holders. By triggering this event, users set in motion the distribution of $UNI tokens stored in the Lap Tranche. These tokens are distributed among the user who activated the trigger, as well as other token holders.

  3. Relaunch Trigger: The Relaunch Trigger signifies a transformative moment within the UNIRA protocol. It is activated when either of the two targets is met: a total $UNIRA token supply of 100 million tokens is reached, or the protocol operates continuously for 365 days with a supply exceeding 100 million tokens. The Relaunch Trigger marks the commencement of a new Season, reinvigorating the protocol's dynamics.

  4. Permanent Tranche Trigger: Triggered at the time of Relaunch, the Permanent Tranche Trigger signifies the distribution of $UNI tokens stored in the Permanent Tranche among $UNIRA holders. This event underscores the commitment to rewarding users for their sustained engagement and participation.

  5. Activity Mandate Trigger: This trigger is based on compliance with the Activity Mandate rule. If a token holder fails to meet the required engagement level, penalty triggers are activated, leading to varying degrees of penalties.

  6. Penalty Triggers: These triggers are activated in the event of non-compliance with the Activity Mandate. They apply escalating penalty taxes to the token holder's UNIRA holdings, underscoring the significance of consistent participation.

Triggers are the driving force behind the UNIRA DeFi protocol's operational flow, orchestrating events that incentivize engagement, promote growth, and ensure the ecosystem's vitality. Each trigger plays a distinct role in shaping the UNIRA experience, creating a dynamic environment for token holders and participants.
